| MAKE ME A OFFER!!! If you have been looking for the top dog american muscle car this is it!!!!!!!!True GTX car that originaly came with a 440 engine now has a hand built stroked 472 hemi that sounds awesome and drives like a dream!This engine is not a crate motor bought off a shelf!!! VIN # RS23L9A230573 matches the trunk lip , radiator support,dash and the fender tag.I have owned this car for 5 years and had it professionally restored so it was done right and took 18 months to complete. Car has the hemi 4- speed 18 spline transmission with a centerforce 2 clutch and the dana 60 axle 410 gear with all new parts inside them..Car has manual steering and brakes that have also been restored with all new stainless steel brake and gas lines. I had the car decoded through GALEN GOVIER and registered in the CHRYSLER registry, I have all the paper work. They only made 4004 4-speed gtx cars in 1969 so this is a low number production car.This car went through a total restoration that was finished 10-10-07. I had the car media blasted to bear metal and has new rear quarters,trunk floor and both front floorboards.The paint color is INTENSE blue with lots of pearl added to the 7 coats of clear coat. Wet sanded and wheeled to perfection the car glows and draws crowds where ever I go!! I put B-COOL thermal insulation on the floorboards front to back and the car does not get hot inside and is very quiet with the windows up.There is no rust or bondo in this car, professionally restored to better than when it came off the line. Engine bay and trunk are painter body color and is as nice as the exterior.Engine was hand built from the best parts like custom ground cam,diamond pistons,H-beam rods, 472 crank that was balanced & I have all the paperwork on the restoration..Electronic ignition is MALLORY high fire and has MALLORY distributer.Heads are aluminum mopar performance that were ported & polished for maximum flow.Headders are full length TTI polished ceramic.Has 3 inch x pipe with 2-chamber flowmaster exhaust and the correct chrome oval tips.Carb is a 870 cfm Holly street avenger .I have owned this car for 5 years and dreamed of making it this nice so 2 years ago I decided to do it. I hate to sell her but It has become too expensive of a hobby for me.This gtx is show quality restored right.I have gone to three all mopar car shows here in Michigan and took home all first place trophys in B-body class!!!!!!! Original gtx hemi cars are 80,000 and up. I am letting her go for much less than that!!!!! The car is located in metamora |
